Anthony de Taranto has been in charge of gtp2 architekten in Düsseldorf for many years. Born in Beirut in the Lebanon, the son of Anglo-German parents spent his school education in Germany and in the UK, studied architecture in England and moved to Germany after 2 years working in London. His bilingualism and intercultural exposure made him predestined for the international world of exhibitions and events. Architecture furthermore is in his genes, as his German grandfather Emil Fahrenkamp designed the wonderful Shellhaus in Berlin, an architectural icon of the 1930s.
